Until now, paying an X IT bill meant sending money by bKash or bank, then emailing us the transaction ID, then waiting for someone to match it to your account. That works, but it is three steps and a wait. From this month there is a faster way.
What changed
Every X IT client now has a personal payment page at xitbd.com/paynow/<your Client ID>. Open it and you see three things immediately: your client number, your name, and the exact amount due right now. That figure comes straight from our billing system, so it is always current.
Paying online
- Go to xitbd.com/pay and type your Client ID in the box at the top. It is the number in your XP reference; either 4705 or XP-4705 works.
- Check the amount due, enter your mobile number, and optionally an email address for the receipt.
- Click Pay now. You are taken to a secure payment page where you can choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or a Visa, Mastercard or AMEX card.
- Complete the payment. You land back on your page with a confirmation, and your account is marked paid automatically. No email to send, no waiting for a match.
The payment gateway adds a small processing charge on its own page, shown before you confirm, and the amount you pay us is exactly the amount due, never more.
Paying manually still works
The same page shows our bKash Send Money number and bank details, with your Client ID already filled in as the reference. If you prefer to pay that way, nothing has changed except that you no longer have to look the details up. Manual payments are matched by our team within one working day.
Paying early or in advance
Some clients like to pay before the month starts. When your account shows nothing due, the online button is hidden and the page says so. An advance payment is best made by bKash or bank with your Client ID as the reference, and it is applied to the next bill.
Keep the link
Bookmark your page or save it on your phone's home screen. The address never changes, so next month it is one tap to see what is due and pay it. If you do not know your Client ID, it is on every invoice we have sent you, or ask us and we will send it.
